Meet Pete and Melissa Persad, a dynamic duo in the swimming pool and spa industry with over 25 years of experience in Palm Beach County. As the owners of Palm Beach Poolscapes, Inc., they specialize in building, remodeling, repairing, and servicing pools. Pete, a first-generation American born in New York, has dedicated his life to hard work and excellence, starting his first job at just 10 years old. His strong work ethic and “can-do” attitude were honed during his 8 years in the US Army, where he served our country with honor from 1988 to 1996. The discipline, resilience, and adaptability he learned in the military laid the foundation for his success in the pool industry. Pete holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, having studied at Chaminade University of Honolulu, Florida International University, and Florida Atlantic University.

Melissa, originally from New Orleans, moved to South Florida in 1998 and soon met Pete. They married in 2007, and together, they earned state certification as swimming pool and spa contractors. Melissa’s extensive background in the restaurant industry, where she excelled from hostess to corporate trainer and management, gave her invaluable experience in leadership and customer service. Her education at the University of New Orleans and business courses at Florida Atlantic University equipped her with essential business skills. Melissa’s warm Southern hospitality and dedication to clients help transform backyard visions into reality.

Pete entered the pool industry in 1999, initially focusing on residential pool services. His commitment to exceptional service led to rapid business growth. By 2005, Melissa joined the company full-time, and together, they launched Palm Beach Poolscapes, Inc.
